Connecting JAG Students with Manufacturers for Tours

Welcome to our initiative to connect JAG (Jobs for America’s Graduates) students with local manufacturers for educational and inspiring tours. This October, in celebration of National Manufacturing Day, Missouri Enterprise is partnering with JAG to offer students an opportunity to explore the exciting world of manufacturing.
About JAG:

Founded in 1979, Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) helps students recognize and unleash their potential by ensuring they graduate from high school and are ready to move into college, military service, or a career. JAG serves students who have academic potential but face significant barriers, such as poverty, challenging family situations, and a history of personal trauma. Over the past four decades, JAG has supported more than 1.4 million students, helping them secure jobs, enroll in higher education, and become productive citizens.
Why Participate?

By hosting a tour for JAG students, your company can:
  • Highlight Career Opportunities: Showcase the diverse and rewarding career paths available in the manufacturing industry.
  • Provide Mentorship: Offer students valuable insights and guidance from experienced professionals.
  • Support Community Development: Demonstrate your commitment to fostering the next generation of skilled workers and contributing to community growth.
How to Get Involved:

We invite manufacturers to sign up and host tours for JAG students. This is a unique chance to inspire young minds and play a part in their educational and professional journey.
